In many cases a site survey is not necessary, and we are able to promptly schedule an installation. Otherwise, a team of our trained technicians will perform a FREE on-site survey to assess the service options available at your location. We strive to complete all surveys within two weeks of receiving your request. This process takes just minutes as we measure the quality of our wireless signal being received at your specific location.
Please keep in mind that DMCI Broadband is constantly working to expand our service coverage area by installing additional towers. If we are unable to provide you with service at this time, continue to check our Coverage Map, and/or Network Updates page for new service availability.
